Our Story
We built this company in San Antonio because we saw exactly what the market was missing. Investors, property managers, and landlords are turning over units constantly. Real estate sellers need properties prepared before photos and showings. On top of that, the constant flow of military families through Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, and Randolph Air Force Base creates time-sensitive demand for fast and reliable make-ready service. A single contractor who could handle the full scope from cleaning through all repairs through ongoing maintenance was not easy to find. We became that contractor.
