How far in advance should I contact you?
Two to four weeks before listing is ideal. If you have less time, call anyway and we will tell you honestly what we can accomplish on your timeline.
Do you work with my real estate agent directly?
Yes. If your agent wants to be involved in the walkthrough or coordinate the scope with us, we work with them. Either approach works.
What if I only need a few things done?
We price based on scope, not minimums. If you only need drywall repair and a paint touch-up, we quote exactly that. The walkthrough tells us what the property needs and we price accordingly.
Do you serve all San Antonio neighborhoods?
